 Cancellation Policy:

       All services such as airlines seats/ hotel accommodation / ground transportation for group tours are pre blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / venders. If these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.

       Initial booking amount is non refundable.

       The Cancellation charges for Ferry / Cruise will be charged extra over and above the   booking deposit which you have paid to book the tour.

Cancellation charges per person when a cancellation is made:                 ( of total tour cost)

35 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour                        :                        10%

34-15 days prior to the departure of the tour                                :                         30%

14- 8 days prior to the departure of the tour                                 :                         50%

07 days or less prior to the departure of the tour or                       :                       100%

NO SHOW on the tour

Refund ( if any) or amendments and or cancellation will be paid directly to Tour participants by the company it would take at least 45 days to process such refunds.

Remarks:
• GST & TCS will be applicable on the Total Package Cost (not included above)
• The rates are valid for Indian nationals only

• Hotels might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card
• The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy.
• Any city tax will be paid by the client at the time of checkout. The city tax is not part of our quote

  • Any reservation if required will be informed as per the date of travel
  • Please check inclusions carefully as omissions may require supplements to be added at a later stage
  • At the time of confirmation, a deposit will be required
  • The full payment will be required prior to the clients’ arrival
  • Maximum luggage allowed in transfers : 1 normal size suitcase and a handbag per person. 

• Oversized luggage will require an additional transfer
• Please note any night transfer will incur on a surcharge supplement (vehicle and assistance – supplement depending on pick up time and city)
• Actual Forex Card Rate will be applied as on the date of making final payment which is to be paid as per the Forex Card Rate informed by us on the same day.
• Please ensure that the Passport/travel document is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
• Please make sure the names given in the booking are as appearing in the passport.
• In case there is any surcharge applicable for the required dates, we’ll advise the same only at the time of confirmation.
• No refund for unutilized services
• If above mentioned Hotels are not available same category Hotels will be provided, in case of non-availability of same alternate will be informed then.
• Once the package is confirmed we would be needing 48 to 72 hours of time the create the voucher for the client.
