Dehradun – Kedarnath

among all Chardham.
You will arrive at Guptkashi/ Sersi/ Phata Base Helipad from Dehradun, after changing the
chopper you’ll fly for Kedarnath which is 6-10 minutes flying from the base helipads. You may have
to wait for some time (10 minutes to 3 hours) during helicopter change because of shuttle slots/
weather or technical reasons.
As you reach the Kedar-top Helipad. Our handlers will take you for VIP Darshans in the Kedarnath
Temple. Once the darshans are done we will fly to Badrinath Helipad from Kedarnath Base Helipad.

Head to the beautiful city of Narayan, Badrinath. Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, our handlers will transfer you to the temple parking, from the parking area our handler will escort you to the temple so that you can pay a visit to Badri Narayan and have a swift VIP darshan. Spend leisurely hours in the Valley which is near to religious site of Badrinath Temple. Once the darshans are completed we will fly back to Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun.

Tour will conclude on arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun.
As this is NSOP flying, timings are tentative and may get changed subjected to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend you to book your return flight one day later.

Flexible Flying Time –
1. Flying time of charter is subjected to flying permissions and weather forecast and can be changed if the weather is not permissible for flying or in case of any technical issues.
Body Weight Limitation –
1. Each helicopter can accommodate up-to 6 passengers with total body weight limitation of 445 kg for 6 passengers.
2. The charter company holds the right to de-board the passenger if the given body weight deviates from the actual body weight provided at the time of making the booking.
3. In such scenario, we will not be liable to provide the refund amount to any passenger deboarded.
4. Passengers are requested to share the exact body weight measured on electronic measuring scale.
5. Passengers with body weight above 75 Kg will be charged INR 2,000 / – Per Kg. This amount will be collected in Dehradun to avoid last minute hustle.
6. Passengers whose given body weight is wrong will be charged INR 2500 /- Per Kg only on the final call of the pilot else will be de boarded without any refund.
Luggage Weight –
1. Only one small soft bag/ duffle bag weighing a maximum of 2 kgs is allowed per passenger provided the body weight is exactly the same which was provided at the time of booking.
2. Suitcases or any other luggage bags including hard case bag is strictly prohibited to be carried in the helicopter.

Flying Schedule –
1. Any of the Dham can be covered first depending on the weather conditions, Technical Issues, huge rush in the temple and govt. permissions.
Infants –
1. Infant below 2 years are accommodated free of charge. For verification of age the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child needs to be submitted prior to arrival date at source of journey.
Bad Weather Conditions –
1. Flying in hills is subjected to bad weather conditions, many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/ Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at helipads, among others.
2. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.
3. We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 1 Day period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.
4. Due to backlog / bad weather or any natural circumstance there can be amendments in your itinerary where we can only Ek-Dham in 1 day or Do-Dham in 2 days. And in some circumstances your trip may be cancelled on the day of arrival due to the above conditions with full refund except the expenses occurred in Dehradun. In most of the situations, if there is back log due to bad weather trip may get cancelled.
Medical/ Special Condition –
1. Charter company staff should be informed at the time of booking if there is any Medical or Special condition (Handicapped, Specially or Mentally Challenged etc.) involved with any of the flyers. The Charter company has full rights to de-board the passenger if not informed at the time of booking.
No Flying
1. In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to bad weather situation we will refund  proportionate money i.e .if due to any reason we are unable to do 1 Dham then we will refund Proportionate money subjected to the flying hours which is exclusive of Royalty fee, Taxes and fixed components.

Passenger Grouping –
1. In view of our helicopters’ limited weight carrying capacity, operating company reserves the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight.
2. Only 1 Cab/ Vehicle will be provided for 6 Passengers throughout their entire journey
Rescheduling Of Booking –
1. Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 30% of the total tour cost.
2. This will be permitted only if informed at least 30 days before arrival date.
3. In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
Payment Terms –
1. We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques, cash & UPI.
2. The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Balance payment will be taken 45 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun.
3. Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.
Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds –
1. Basis of Refund – Tour Cost: In-case 01 Dham is completed and 01 Dham is left out then passengers will be charged according to our Ek- Dham Heli-tour which is INR 80,000 per pax for Kedarnath Dham & for Badrinath Dham. This cost is exclusive of other expenses (Extra night halt, Extra transfers, or any other extra services utilized other than the package inclusions).
2. Additional Services: The cost of additional services provided at any Dham during the tour will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost. Refund against an unutilized service will not be done.

COVID-19 Lockdowns, or any National/State Emergency –
1. In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
2. However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by the Charter company Heli against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.
Cancellation Policy –
If customer wishes to cancel their booking, they have to pay cancellation charges as mentioned below:
1. Up to 30 Days before the flying date – 50% of the amount.
2. In between 0 to 30 Days – No Refund.
Important Guidelines –
1. As this is NSOP (Non-scheduled operations) flying, flying time for the next day is conveyed to passengers a night prior once the operation plan is finalized in the evening/ night after sunset.
2. It’s compulsory for passengers to arrive a night prior at Dehradun from their respective flying dates so that they can report at the Sahastradhara helipad on time without any delay.
3. We do not provide Accommodation & Airport/ Hotel Transfers in our Same-Day Heli-Tours.
4. If there is any technical snag in the helicopter or any sudden testing required there might be a possibility of delay or passenger may fly on the next day. In case of major part failure, your trip may be cancelled in between the Yatra.
5. There can be a waiting time at every helipad for up to 2 hours approx. depending upon the multiple factors like Bad Weather, NOTAM & other operational challenges etc.
6. As this is a Same-Day Heli-tour, there can be instances where we have to prioritize passenger’s darshans and we might skip 01 meal (Breakfast/ Lunch) included in the package so that Darshans are not hampered in case of Bad Weather, NOTAM & other operational challenges etc.
7. In case of emergency and bad weather scenarios, passengers will be taken back to Dehradun by road.
8. Aadhar Card copy is mandatory to be submitted in advance before the date of flight by all Indian passengers, and Passport in case of foreign nationals.
9. Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers. At each dham we have our informed handlers and in case of any assistance client has to reach out the handlers.
10. Any night halt due to any circumstances will be borne by the customers and client has to pay the amount on actuals in the hotel directly.
