Yes there will be amendment charge by the airline and in addition to this charge Dewan Holidays.com will charge Rs. 250 per passenger per sector. Dewan Holidays.com will also collect difference in airfare if applicable.
How Do I receive my ticket after amendment ?
Dewan Holidays.com will email your amended ticket with in 60 minute of such amendment to the email address register with us
Can I cancel my tickets after an amendment ?
Yes, you can cancel your ticket after amendment subject to airlines policy . Please refer to cancellation policy of Dewan Holidays.com/ airlines policy.
Is there a cancellation charges on the tickets booked ?
Each airline has a different cancellation policy which you will find on booking page. Dewan Holiodays.com will charge Rs. 300 processing fee for each flight amendment/cancellation.

If you are holding an e- ticket and wants to cancel you can do it online but this has to be atleast 4 hours prior to the departure only. If you are canceling your flight less than 4 hour prior to the departure you need to call the respective airlines and cancel your bookings.

What is the maximum numbers of seats I can book ?
You can book maximum of 9 seats per transaction.
What is an e-ticket ?
An e-ticket is electronic paper less document with confirmation number. When you buy e-ticket , we email it to you within 2 hours of your booking. You just have to print it and carry your photo ID proof and present in at checking counter of your flight at the airport.
How do I get my e-ticket details ?
We will send you email which will have details of your e-ticket.
Do I have to show my e-ticket at check in counter ?
Yes you have to present your e-ticket confirmation email at check in counter of your flight with valid photo ID proof.
What should I do in the event of paper tickets is stolen or misplaced ?
You must inform us immediately by sending an email or you can also call us on 011 4322 4322 . We will help you to process loss ticket application. Some airlines will require you to buy new ticket at the ongoing fares. If your original paper ticket is not used within in stipulated time frame ( 4 months ) you will receive a credit of purchase price of the replacement ticket. Each airlines have different rules and regulation for loss/stolen tickets and we are bound by these rules.

Since your reservation is pre paid hotel will hold your rooms. It is advisable to inform the hotel of your late arrival .
