– Only Experienced Candidate in Travel Domain Holidays { International Destination}.

– Experience in south east Asia and middle east Asia travel Destination.
– Understanding clients package requirement and converting incoming leads into SALES
– Interacting with clients for their Tour Package Requirements.
– Designing, Preparation Of Holiday Packages Itinerary As Per Client Requirements.
– Follow up the leads and calls.
– Presenting, Convincing & Sale Tour Package to Clients.
– Should Have Diverse Knowledge Of International Destinations.
– Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills.
– Should Be Soft Spoken With Good Communication Skill
– Should Be Working On Similar Profile.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Job Description

  • Books transportation and hotel reservations for International Destinations.
  • Receiving calls and providing the passengers with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
  • Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information for International Destinations.
  • Dealing in vacation packages including flight, hotel, car and extra activities.
  • Should make travel, accommodation and related bookings.
  • Amending and cancelling flights, processing refunds, re- pricing, making new reservations and booking hotels, visas and other deals.
  • Maintaining high standard of service for the business and updating customers and suppliers via phone and emails.
  • Confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements.
  • Issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation.
  • Collects payment for transportation and accommodations from customer.
  • Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
  • Plans, describes, arranges, and sells itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers, utilizing knowledge of available travel services and promotional techniques.
