The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy.

The booking amount  is nonrefundable under any circumstances. The following cancellation charges will be applicable over & above the non refundable booking deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason.

• 60 days before departure NIL
• 30 Days to 59 days before departure 40% of the tour cost
• 29 days to 15 days before departure 70% of the tour cost
• Less than 14 days and No show 100% of the tour cost

Since nonrefundable cost of package tour paid in advance to reserve the services for the group, clients are requested to read the above before confirming the tour.

• Above quotation applicable only on the condition (two passenger staying together), on twin sharing basis.
• Above is just a group quotation, no booking is done so far.
• Actual Forex Card Rate will be applied as on the date of making final payment.
• In case there is any surcharge applicable for the required dates, we’ll advise the same only at the time of confirmation of package.
• If above mentioned hotels are not available same category hotels will be provided, in case of non-availability of same alternate will be informed accordingly.
• Air ticket, hotel’s standard rooms, are subject to confirmation.
• The information regarding documentation provided  is a general guideline. Granting visa is a prerogative of the Embassy in every case. Having submitted “All the documents” does not imply a “Right” for the visa to be granted. The Embassy reserves the right to refuse application with any explanation.
