Itinerary

Day 01INDIA – TOKYO – CITY TOUR

Arrive Tokyo, Meet our representation at the airport, Transfer to the City by coach (76 KM- 1.5 HRS Drive) Enjoy breakfast at Indian Restaurant, followed by transfers for city tour of Tokyo. The city tour covers famous Asakusa Kanon Temple, Nakamise Shopping Street tour, Tokyo Imperial Palace (Out Side View), visit Shinjuku Gyoen, Sumida River Cruise (Short time)
Enjoy free time for lunch on your Own. Later transfer to your hotel for Check in ( Check in time 1500 hours) After freshen up, drive to Rainbow Bridge – visit Odaiba- Statue of Liberty, Mega Web & Daiso ,Tokyo Tower (150 MTRS) (inside)
Enjoy your dinner at Indian Restaurant. After Dinner Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2TOKYO – SHOWA & UENO PARK – MAIJI SHRINE

Enjoy breakfast at hotel followed by transfers to explore more of Tokyo sightseeing. Visit Showa Memorial Park, Ueno Park with Kiyomizu Kannon Temple.
Enjoy free time during lunch time to relish some local meals on own. Assemble again to visit Meiji Shrine. Free time for Shopping at Shinjuku/ Harajuku. Dinner will be served at Indian Restaurant. After Dinner Transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3TOKYO – MT. FUJI – HAKONE TOUR

After breakfast at hotel head to Mt. Fuji (weather permitting) & Hakone Tour. Arrive Mt. Fuji 5th Station. Free time for lunch on own. In the afternoon enjoy Lake Ashi Cruise followed by Hakone rope way (Weather Permitted)
After Sightseeing return to Tokyo by coach. Dinner at Indian restaurant and transfer back to Hotel for overnight stay In Tokyo.
(Prepare small hand bag for 2 night, 1 big luggage courier to Hiroshima)

Day 4TOKYO - BULLET TRAIN – HIROSHIMA

Breakfast at Hotel. Checkout & dropped at Tokyo Station. Transfer to Hiroshima by bullet train. Lunch on your Own. Upon arrival at Hiroshima station, transfer to Hiroshima Peace & Memorial Park/Museum & Atomic Bomb Dome. Dinner will be at Indian Restaurant. Transfer to Hotel & check in (Receive Luggage). Overnight stay at hotel in Hiroshima.

Day 05HIROSHIMA – KOBE

Breakfast at hotel, checkout & Head to Miyajima Sightseeing. Visit Itsukushima Shrine with Ferry (10 Minute). Lunch on your Own. Transfer to Kobe by coach. On the way to Kyoto, we stop at Kurashiki Canal (Photo Stop). Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Transfer to Hotel & check in. Overnight stay in Kobe Hotel.

Day 6KOBE – KYOTO- SIGHTSEEING TOUR

Breakfast at hotel, check out and head to Kyoto with en route sightseeing. Visit Arashiyama and Sagano, Bamboo Groves, Togetsukyo Bridge, Tenryuji Temple (Outside). Lunch on your Own.
In the afternoon visit Nijo Castle (Nijojo inside). Just scroll around Philosopher’s Path. Evening visit to Maruyama Park. Dinner at Indian restaurant. After Dinner transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Kyoto hotel.

Day 07KYOTO – OSAKA

Enjoy breakfast at hotel checkout and proceed to Kyoto & Nara City Tour. Visit Kinkakuji & Kiyomizudera (Inside) Free time for Lunch on your Own. Head to Nara. Visit Nara Deer Park & Todai Ji Temple (Inside).Return to Osaka. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Osaka hotel.

Day 08OSAKA – SIGHTSEEING

Payment Terms

The following will be the payment terms for booking of Tour packages

  • Rs 25,000 nonrefundable booking amount
  • Balance payment 35 days before departure
Cancellation Policy

The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy.

The booking amount of Rs 25,000 is nonrefundable under any circumstances. The following cancellation charges will be applicable over & above the non refundable booking deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason including rejection of visa because of any reason.

  • 60 days before departure NIL
  • 30 Days to 59 days before departure 50% of the tour cost
  • 29 days to 15 days before departure 80% of the tour cost
  • Less than 14 days and No show 100% of the tour cost

  • Hotel check in time will be 1500 hours and check out time 1100 hours. We don’t guarantee any early check in and early check in if available will be at the discretion of the hotel management.
  • Booking close 30 days before departure

  • No refund for unutilized service

  • ROE 01 JPN = INR .61 has been taken as on date , however actual rate of exchange will be applicable on the day of making total final payments.

  • Airport transfers will be provided only if passenger travel with the group. All other passenger arriving /departing separately will have to arrange their own airport transfers.

  • The cost of Foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate as on date of payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ
