CANCELLATION CHARGES:

The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy.

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. The following

cancellation charges will be applicable over & above the 50% non-refundable booking

deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason.

  • 60 days before departure NIL
  • 30 Days to 59 days before departure 25% of the balance tour cost
  • 29 days to 15 days before departure 75% of the balance tour cost
  • Less than 14 days & No show 100% of the balance tour cost

➢ Clients are requested to read the above cancellation policy before confirming the tour.

➢ If the payment not made in time, the tour can be cancelled or the cost of the tour may be revised.

➢ The above cancellation charges will be charged even if the tour cancel because of visa delay/rejected because of any reason &/or any medical reason also.

➢ Since non-refundable cost of package tour paid in advance to reserve the services for the group, clients are requested to read the above before confirming the tour. Passengers joining the tour means they have read the cancellation policy & have accepted the same

➢ The above cancellation charges are applicable even if the cancellation is because of delay/refusal of visa by the embassy/high commission because of any reason.
