The following will be the payment terms for booking of Tour packages

• Rs 25,000 nonrefundable booking amount
• Balance payment 35 days before departure

The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy.

The booking amount of Rs 25,000 is nonrefundable under any circumstances. The following cancellation charges will be applicable over & above the non refundable booking deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason including rejection of visa because of any reason.

• 60 days before departure NIL
• 30 Days to 59 days before departure 50% of the tour cost
• 29 days to 15 days before departure 80% of the tour cost
• Less than 14 days and No show 100% of the tour cost

Since nonrefundable cost of package tour paid in advance to reserve the services for the group, clients are requested to read the above before confirming the tour.

• Hotel check in time will be 1500 hours and check out time 1100 hours. We don’t guarantee any early check in and early check in if available will be at the discretion of the hotel management.

• Booking close 30 days before departure

• No refund for unutilized service
• All prices above are indicative and subject to change at the time of booking.
• Package available to passengers eligible for BTQ only
• Subject to GOI/RBI approval
• Airport transfers will be provided only if passenger travel with the group. All other passenger arriving /departing separately will have to arrange their own airport transfers.
• All Hotels, Restaurants, Flight, Itinerary subject to change without notice
• The price of Overseas Mediclaim if included will be for the passengers up to the age of 59 years and over the age of 59 will attract a supplement
• The cost of Foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate as on date of payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ
• The Visa Charges once applied are non-refundable irrespective of visa granted or refused.
• The information regarding documentation provided  is a general guideline. Granting visa is a prerogative of the Embassy in every case. Having submitted “All the documents” does not imply a “Right” for the visa to be granted. The Embassy reserves the right to refuse application with any explanation.
• All groups’ departures will be subject to minimum 30 passengers. If the group numbers reduce to 30 passengers, we reserve the right to add a supplement.
