Itinerary
  • Dehradun to Kedarnath [Flying Duration: 30 – 40 minutes]
  • Arrival at Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata (Kedar Base Helipad): Arrive from Dehradun and change the helicopter.
  • Flight to Kedarnath: Take a 6 to 10-minute flight to Kedarnath from the Kedar base helipads.
  • Note: You may have to wait for 10 minutes to 3 hours during helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons.
  • Arrival at Kedar-top Helipad: Reach the Kedar-top Helipad.
  • VIP Darshan at Kedarnath Temple: Our handlers will escort you for VIP darshan at the Kedarnath Temple.
  • Fly to Badrinath: After darshan, fly from Kedarnath Base Helipad to Badrinath Helipad.

The temple is situated at an altitude of around 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level, making it a challenging yet spiritually enriching journey for devotees.
  • Badrinath to Dehradun [Flying Duration: 55 – 65 mins]
  • Tour Conclusion: Tour will conclude on arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun

Price Includes

  • Helicopter flying from Dehradun to Kedarnath ji & Badrinath ji, & back.
  • VIP Darshans at each Dham (as per the Government’s orders).
  • Helicopter handling charges, taxes, royalty & levy, Government Taxes & other government levy.

Price Excludes

  • Air Ticket / Train Ticket
  • Any meals other than those mentioned above
  • Any portage at airport and hotels, tips, insurance, mineral water, telephone charges, entrance fees and all items of personal nature.
  • Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal- functions, political disturbances, taxes etc.

  • Any other service which is not mentioned in the “Package Includes” column.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Flexible Flying Time –
a) Flying time of charter is subjected to flying permissions and weather forecast and can be changed if the weather is not permissible for flying or in case of any technical issues.

Body Weight Limitation –
a) Each helicopter can accommodate up-to 6 passengers with total body weight limitation of 445 kg for all 6 passengers.
b) The Charter company holds the right to de-board the passenger if the given body weight deviates from the actual body weight provided at the time of making the booking.
c) No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is de-boarded due to incorrect body weight.
d) Passengers are requested to provide exact body weight measured on an electronic scale.
e) Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,000 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight.
f) If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 2,500 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de-boarded without any refund.

Infants –
a) Infant below 2 years are accommodated free of charge. For verification of age the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child needs to be submitted prior to arrival date at source of journey.

Luggage Weight –
a) Small soft bag (max. 3 kg) per passenger.
b) Hard-case luggage or large bags are not allowed.

Flying Schedule –
a) Any of the Dham can be covered first depending on the weather conditions, Technical Issues, huge rush in the temple and govt. permissions.
b) The departure time and sequence are subject to change.

No Flying –
a) If any Dham is missed due to bad weather or force majeure, we will provide a proportional refund (excluding taxes, fees, and flight preparation charges).
Medical/ Special Condition –
a) Inform us in advance if any medical or special conditions exist. We reserve the right to de-board passengers who do not disclose this information.

Passenger Grouping –
a) In view of our helicopters’ limited weight carrying capacity, operating company reserves the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight.
b) Only 1 Cab/ Vehicle will be provided for 6 Passengers throughout their entire journey.

Bad Weather Conditions –
a) Flying in hills is subjected to bad weather conditions, many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/ Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at helipads, among others.
b) Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.
c) We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.
d) Due to backlog, bad weather, or any natural circumstance, the itinerary may be amended, and only Ekdham can be covered in 1 day or Do Dham in 2 days.
e) In most situations, if there is a backlog due to bad weather, the trip may be cancelled.
f) If Do Dham is completed in 2 days, extra night halt charges will be borne by guests on actuals.

Rescheduling Of Booking –
a) 30 % charge applies for rescheduling 30 days before the tour. Less than 30 days’ notice will result in a fresh booking with applicable cancellation charges.

Payment Terms –
a) We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques & UPI.
b) The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Balance payment will be taken 45 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun.
c) Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.

Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds:
a) If 1 Dham is completed and 1 Dham is left out, passengers will be refunded INR 10,000 per person.
b) This refund is exclusive of additional expenses such as: Extra night halt, Extra transfers, Other additional services outside of the package inclusions.

Additional Services:
a) Costs for additional services at any Dham will be deducted from the refund.
b) No refund will be provided for unutilized services during the tour.

Cancellation Policy –
If customer wishes to cancel their booking, they have to pay cancellation charges as mentioned below:
a) Upto 30 Days before the flying date – 50% of the amount
b) In between 0 to 30 Days – No Refund

Extra Night Halt –
a) Any extra night halts due to weather or other reasons are at the passenger’s expense.

Note –
a) The terms are designed to ensure safety, comfort, and smooth operations during the Chardham Yatra. Always plan ahead and communicate any special needs in advance.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES –
Flying Schedule –
a) NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operations): Flight timings will be communicated the night before, based on operational plans.
b) Delays or Cancellations: Delays may occur due to bad weather, technical issues, or emergency scenarios. In case of a major issue, the trip may be cancelled.

Helipad Waiting Times –
a) Expect up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads due to factors like bad weather, NOTAM, or other operational challenges.

Documents Required –
a) Aadhar Card (for Indian nationals) or Passport (for foreign nationals) is mandatory for all passengers.

Helipad & Base Camps –
a) For larger groups, passengers may land at different base camps (Phata, Guptkashi, Sersi) depending on the helicopter’s capacity and timing.

Donations & Additional Costs –
a) Donations, tips, porter charges, palki/pony charges are not included and must be borne by passengers.

VIP Darshan –
a) VIP Darshan provides priority entry inside the temple but does not guarantee exclusive access. All darshans are as per the government SOPs.

Mobile Network:
a) Available at all locations: Airtel, JIO, BSNL (Kedarnath, Badrinath).

Add-ons & Customization –
a) Any last-minute changes or add-ons to the itinerary are not possible. All requests should be made in advance.
