Important Note:

• As this is an NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) flight, timings are tentative and subject to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend booking your return flight keeping one buffer day to allow for any potential delays.
• Nothing is covered by the package on the final day of arrival in Dehradun from Badrinath; just the drop-off at your departure location is included.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Flexible Flying Time –

• Flying time of charter is subjected to flying permissions and weather forecast and can be changed if the weather is not permissible for flying or in case of any technical issues.

Body Weight Limitation –

• Each helicopter can accommodate up-to 6 passengers with total body weight limitation of 445 kg for all 6 passengers.
• The Charter company holds the right to de-board the passenger if the given body weight deviates from the actual body weight provided at the time of making the booking.
• In such scenario, we will not be liable to provide the refund amount to any passenger de-boarded due to incorrect body weight.
• Passengers are requested to share the exact body weight measured on an electronic measuring scale.
• Passengers with body weight above 75 Kg will be charged INR 2,500 / – Per Kg. This amount will be collected in Dehradun to avoid last minute hustle.
• Passengers whose given body weight is wrong will be charged INR 3500 /- Per Kg only on the final call of the pilot else will be de boarded without any refund.

Luggage Weight –

• Only one small soft bag/ duffle bag weighing a maximum of 3 kgs is allowed per passenger provided the body weight is exactly the same which was provided at the time of arrival.
• Suitcases or any other luggage bags including hard case bag is strictly prohibited to be carried in the helicopter.

Flying Schedule –

• Any of the Dham can be covered first depending on the weather conditions, Technical Issues, huge rush in the temple and govt. permissions.
• The departure time and sequence are subject to change.

Hotel Accommodation –

• Charter Company holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination which is subjected to the availability of hotels.
• Group of 6 passengers or above may have to stay in different hotels as they will be travelling in different helicopters subjected to their body weight.
• Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only.
• For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @ INR 50,000/person (tax inclusive).

Bad Weather Conditions –

• Flying in hills is subjected to bad weather conditions, many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/ Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at helipads, among others.
• Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.
• We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 3 nights / 4 days period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.
• Due to backlog / bad weather or any natural circumstance there can be amendments in your itinerary where we can also cover Ek-Dham or Do-Dham in 1 day. And in some circumstances your trip may be cancelled on the day of arrival due to the above conditions with full refund except the expenses occurred in Dehradun. In most of the situations, if there is back log due to bad weather trip may get cancelled.

No Flying –

• In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money i.e if due to any reason we are unable to do 1 Dham then we will refund Proportionate money subjected to the flying hours which is exclusive of Royalty fee, Taxes and 10% flight preparation charges).

Medical/ Special Condition –

• Charter company staff should be informed at the time of booking if there is any Medical or Special condition (Handicapped, Specially or Mentally Challenged etc.) involved with any of the flyers. The Charter company has full rights to de-board the passenger if not informed at the time of booking.

Airport transfers –

• Transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun and on the last day (4th Day) of the tour. Any other day drop will be on additional charges.
• Cab for Haridwar/ Rishikesh visit will be on additional charges of INR 10000/- Per Cab. You may have to wait at the airport or helipad meanwhile the cab is coming in-case the cab get stuck in traffic. Also, the cab details will be given to the customer few hours before the actual arrival time.

Passenger Grouping –

• In view of our helicopters’ limited weight carrying capacity, operating company reserves the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight.
• Only 1 Cab/ Vehicle will be provided for 6 Passengers throughout their entire journey.

Infants –

• Infant below 2 years are accommodated free of charge. For verification of age the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child needs to be submitted prior to arrival date at source of journey.
  

Rescheduling Of Booking –

• Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 30% of the total tour cost.
• This will be permitted only if informed at least 30 days before arrival date.
• In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.

Payment Terms –

• We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques, cash & UPI.
• The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Balance payment will be taken 45 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun.
• Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.

Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds –

• Basis of Refund: Tour Cost: In-case 01 Dham is completed and 01 Dham is left out then INR 10,000 approx. per person will be refunded back to the passenger.
• This cost is exclusive of other expenses (Extra night halt, Extra transfers, or any other extra services utilized other than the package inclusions).

Additional Services –

• The cost of additional services provided at any Dham during the tour will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost. Refund against an unutilized service will not be done.

Cancellation Policy –

If customer wishes to cancel their booking, they have to pay cancellation charges as mentioned below:

• Upto 30 Days before the flying date – 50% of the amount
• In between 0 to 30 Days – No Refund

Extra Night Halt –

• Any extra night halts due to weather or other reasons are at the passenger’s expense.

Overweight penalty –

• A penalty of INR 150,000 + GST per departure shall be imposed in case weight of the passengers crosses the 450 kg mark, and flying will only take place subject to Pilot & AME’s call.

Note –

• The terms are designed to ensure safety, comfort, and smooth operations during the Dodham Yatra. Always plan ahead and communicate any special needs in advance.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES –

Flying Schedule –

• NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operations): Flight timings will be communicated the night before, based on operational plans.
• Delays or Cancellations: Delays may occur due to bad weather, technical issues, or emergency scenarios. In case of a major issue, the trip may be cancelled.

Helipad Waiting Times –

• Expect up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads due to factors like bad weather, NOTAM, or other operational challenges.

Final Day Departure –

• We will attempt to depart early from Badrinath to avoid bad weather. Breakfast may be skipped in this case.
• Breakfast at Dehradun will incur at an additional cost if preferred.

Documents Required –

• Aadhar Card (for Indian nationals) or Passport (for foreign nationals) is mandatory for all passengers.

Accommodation & Transfers:

• Final list of properties will be shared 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Transfers between Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh are available at an additional cost.

Helipad & Base Camps –

• For larger groups, passengers may land at different base camps (Phata, Guptkashi, Sersi) depending on the helicopter’s capacity and timing.

Donations & Additional Costs –

• Donations, tips, porter charges, palki/pony charges are not included and must be borne by passengers.

Kedarnath Top Stay –

• Staying at Kedarnath Top requires signing a declaration.
• Accommodation cost is INR 15,000 – 20,000 per room, depending on availability.
• Charter company is not responsible for any emergency or service challenges at Kedar-Top.

Special Poojas –

• No special poojas are included in the package. Additional poojas can be arranged at extra cost if requested in advance.

VIP Darshan –

• VIP Darshan provides priority entry inside the temple but does not guarantee exclusive access. All darshans are as per the government SOPs.

Mobile Network:

• Available at all locations: Airtel, JIO, BSNL (Kedarnath, Badrinath).

Add-ons & Customization –

• Any last-minute changes or add-ons to the itinerary are not possible. All requests should be made in advance.
