Itinerary

Day 1Arrive  Paris

Upon arrival at Paris airport, after immigration and custom transfer to hotel on your own. Once check into the hotel, time free for freshen up. The tour manager will deliver the packed Indian dinner.

Day 2 Paris – Eiffel Tower 2nd Level – Paris Tour - River Seine Cruise With Illumination

Today after breakfast, transfer to visit the main landmark of Europe “Eiffel Tower” (2nd Level). The grand view of Paris from the Eiffel tower is really marvelous & worth capturing in the camera. After coming down from the Eiffel tower, we start guided panoramic city tour of fashion capital of the world” Paris” with English Speaking Guide who will show you Louvre Museum (Outside visit) & Glass Pyramid, Notre Dame, Opera Garnier, Arc de Triomphe, Champ Elysees, Alexander Bridge, Concords Square, Invalides and much more followed by visit to Fragonard Perfume Museum where you can discover a wonderful collection of perfumery objects that take you traveling thru the ages. We will be having guided tour in that prestigious museum followed by transfer to Indian Restaurant. We will take you to Bateaux Mouches Seine Cruise to discover more of Paris by Romantic River Seine Cruise and enjoy Paris illumination tour onboard Seine Cruise and see the Eiffel Tower lit up after dark. Later transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3Paris – Day Free

Today after continental breakfast, the day is free to explore more of Paris on your own. You may choose to visit Versailles or Louvre Museum or just enjoy shopping at Lafayette shopping Centre.

SUGGESTED TOUR : DISNEY LAND TOUR  & INDIAN DINNER

We suggest to take a tour of famous Euro-Disney. A day full of action for the children as well as for adults of all ages. One-day pass valid on all rides within Disneyland will be given to all passengers. Enjoy rides at Adventure World, Discovery Land, Frontier Land, USA Main Street & Fantasy Land. Late evening transfer to Indian Restaurant for dinner.

Day 4Paris – Zurich

Today after breakfast, Sit back and relax, we drive to Zurich & Cross the border from Basel. Enjoy wonderful landscapes on the way to Zurich. We will arrive Zurich by late evening. Upon arrival transfer to Indian restaurant followed by transfer to your hotel in Zurich for Overnight stay.

Day 5Zurich – Lucerne – Zurich

Today after breakfast, Transfer Lucerne another beautiful city in Switzerland. Upon arrival, you are free to explore this city on your own. Late afternoon meet out tour manager at the predefined venue & We visit Lion Monument, lake Lucerne & old Town. Also free time to shop souvenirs for friends & relatives. Later transfer to Zurich for Indian dinner & overnight stay.

SUGGESTED PROGRAM : – MOUNT TITLIS CABLE CAR WITH ICE FLYER AND CLIFF WALK

We suggest tour to visit peak of The Alps – The Mount Titlis & experience world’s first revolving cable car known as ‘Rotair’. We arrive top of the mountain & visit Ice Cave. Later we visit ‘Glacier Park’ by ‘Ice Flyer chair Lift’ with new attraction ‘Cliff Walk’. Glacier Park- a unique rollick on snow tubes (inner tubes for the snow) or a variety of fun & unusual sledges designed to whisk you down the snow- covered slopes, an unforgettable experience.

Day 6 Zurich – Interlaken- Zurich

Today after breakfast, transfer to another beautiful city Interlaken. Interlaken lies in the Bernese Oberland on an alluvial plain, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. The vacation destination, which is presided over by the three mighty mountains, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, is the starting point for numerous activities. Once transfer to Interlaken, you are free to explore this wonderful town on your own or enjoy shopping at the Interlaken; try your luck at Kursaal Casino or adventurous sports like Para Gliding on your own. Late evening transfer to Zurich for delicious Indian dinner & overnight stay.

SUGGESTED PROGRAM : -GRINDELWALD TERMINAL –  MT. JUNGFRAUJOCH TOUR BY EIGER EXPRESS  & TRAIN

We strongly suggest to take tour to Jungfraujoch Tour (11,333ft.). the highlight of every visit to Switzerland is a trip to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe. The group will be transferred to Grindelwald terminal to take a state of the art Cable car “Eiger Express” which will take you to Eiger Glacier station. Later take a train to reach Jungfraujoch Top of Europe. Views from this unique vantage point extend as far as summits of the Vosges range in France, the Black Forest in Germany and also directly at the Jungfraujoch, the Aletsch Glacier- the longest ice stream in Alps. After visiting Ice caves, Terrace & Ice Sphinx, we start descending from the Alps & reach Interlaken. Free time to enjoy Swiss shopping (If time permits) followed by transfer to hotel.

Note: The passengers who are not joining Jungfraujoch tour will remain stay at Interlaken and once other members return from Jungfraujoch Tour, will join the group for return to hotel.

Day 7Zurich– Return Flight

Today after continental breakfast, time free till transfers to Zurich airport on your own for return flight to India with beautiful memories of your tour. It’s time to share your experience of Europe tour with your friends. We look forward to serve you again for your next holiday tour.

Remarks

  • We can offer special rates for flight ticket and Medical Insurance.
  • We can also assist you to apply Schengen Visa.
  • No refund for unutilized service/s.
  • Airport transfers will be provided only if passenger travel with the group. All other passenger arriving /departing separately will have to arrange their own airport transfers.
  • Company reserves the right to cancel the group 45 days before departure if the minimum numbers of passengers not booked. Under this situation company liability will be limited to refund the amount received from the clients after deducting visa fee if any or flight cancellation charges.
  • It will be client’s responsibility to apply visa in time. Dewan Travels Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible if any visa delay/rejected. We just coordinate with the clients to submit their application and nothing more than this.
  • The above cost includes Euro 1450 @ RS 93 / Euro subject to change as per the rate of exchange fluctuate.
  • The cost of Euro component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate as on date of payment. Rs 1 per Euro will be charged extra being the cost of remittance charges. The rate of exchange will be considered as per www.xe.com
  • All Hotels, Restaurants, Flight, Itinerary subject to change without notice
  • Even if the booking form is not sign by the clients, booking a tour by paying a deposit will be treated that the clients has read and agreed with the terms and conditions published at www.dewanholidays.com
  • The tour operation is subject to minimum 25 passengers in a coach.
  • Documents pick up or delivery of documents – a service charge of Rs 500 will be charged per visit.
  • The Visa Charges once applied are non-refundable irrespective of visa granted or refused.
  • All Tours subject to Dewan Travels Pvt. Ltd. Tour conditions published on our website dewanholidays.com. irrespective of booking form sign by client’s or not.

Payment Terms:

  • Booking deposit – Rs 25,000
  • Payment before Schengen Visa – Rs 1,00,000
  • 45 Days before departure – Balance payment

If the payment not made in time, the tour can be cancelled or the cost of the our may be revised.

Cancellation Charges:

The following will be the cancellation charges if any passenger cancel the tour because of any reason Over and above the Rs 25,000 paid as nonrefundable booking amount and Visa fee with service charges.

  • 90 days before departure – RS 50,000
  • 89 Days to 60 days before departure – 40% of the tour cost
  • 59 Days to 30 Days – 75% of the tour cost
  • 0 days to 29 days before departure – 100% of the tour cost
  • No show – 100% of the tour cost

The above cancellation charges will be charged even if the tour cancel because of visa delay/rejected because of any reason and/or any medical reason also.

Since non-refundable cost of package tour paid in advance to reserve the services for the group, clients are requested to read the above before confirming the tour. Passengers joining the tour means they have read the cancellation policy and have accepted the same.
