TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise mentioned in quotation / communication, the following terms and conditions will prevail.

• All rates are net and valid for mentioned date period
• Rates are valid for given Pax number
• Rates are valid for 1-week time from the date on which the quote is sent.
• Nothing is booked or blocked. Rates are subject to change at the time of booking.

Terms of payment:
The following will be the payment terms for booking of group Tour packages
• 25% non-refundable booking amount
• Balance payment 45 days prior to departure

Cancellation charges:
The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy.
The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. The following cancellation
charges will be applicable over & above the 50% non-refundable booking deposit if any
passengers cancel the tour because of any reason.
• 60 days before departure NIL
• 30 Days to 59 days before departure 25% of the balance tour cost
• 29 days to 15 days before departure 75% of the balance tour cost
• Less than 14 days and No show 100% of the balance tour cost
➢ Clients are requested to read the above cancellation policy before confirming the tour.
➢ If the payment not made in time, the tour can be cancelled or the cost of the tour may be revised.
➢ The above cancellation charges will be charged even if the tour cancel because of visa delay/rejected because of any reason and/or any medical reason also.
➢ Since non-refundable cost of package tour paid in advance to reserve the services for the group, clients are requested to read the above before confirming the tour. Passengers joining the tour means they have read the cancellation policy and have accepted the same
➢ The above cancellation charges are applicable even if the cancellation is because of delay/refusal of visa by the embassy/high commission because of an reason.

Remarks
• GST & TCS will be applicable on the Total Package Cost (not included above)
• The rates are valid for Indian nationals only
• Hotels might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card

• Please note any night transfer will incur on a surcharge supplement (vehicle and assistance – supplement depending on pick up time and city)
• Actual Forex Card Rate will be applied as on the date of making final payment which is to be paid as per the Forex Card Rate informed by us on the same day.
• Please ensure that the Passport/travel document is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
• Please make sure the names given in the booking are as appearing in the passport.
• In case there is any surcharge applicable for the required dates, we’ll advise the same only at the time of confirmation.
• No refund for unutilized services
• If above mentioned Hotels are not available same category Hotels will be provided, in case of non-availability of same alternate will be informed then.
• Once the package is confirmed we would be needing 48 to 72 hours of time the create the voucher for the client.
