Terms of Payment for Land Part:
The following will be the payment terms for booking of Customized Tour packages
• 50% non-refundable booking amount
• Balance payment 20 Days prior to departure
The cost of NZD component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate as on date of
payment. Rs 1 per NZD will be charged extra being the cost of remittance charges
Terms of Payment for Flight Tickets:
The following will be the payment terms for booking of Flight Tickets
• 100% Amount Require to Book Flight Tickets
• Cancellation for Flights Tickets as Per Airline Policy – Kindly check with us for terms & conditions.
Cancellation Charges:
The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy.
The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. The following cancellation charges will be
applicable over & above the 50% non-refundable booking deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason.
• 60 days before departure – NIL
• 30 Days to 59 days before departure – 25% of the balance tour cost
• 29 days to 15 days before departure – 75% of the balance tour cost
• Less than 14 days and No show – 100% of the balance tour cost
➢ Clients are requested to read the above cancellation policy before confirming the tour.
➢ If the payment not made in time, the tour can be cancelled or the cost of the tour may be revised.
➢ The above cancellation charges will be charged even if the tour cancel because of visa delay/rejected
because of any reason and/or any medical reason also.
➢ Since non-refundable cost of package tour paid in advance to reserve the services for the group, clients are
requested to read the above before confirming the tour. Passengers joining the tour means they have read
the cancellation policy and have accepted the same
➢ The above cancellation charges are applicable even if the cancellation is because of delay/refusal of visa by
the embassy/high commission because of an reason

depending on pick up time and city)
• Actual Forex Card Rate will be applied as on the date of making final payment which is to be paid as per the Forex Card Rate informed by us on the same day.
• Please ensure that the Passport/travel document is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
• Please make sure the names given in the booking are as appearing in the passport.
• In case there is any surcharge applicable for the required dates, we’ll advise the same only at the time of confirmation.
• No refund for unutilized services
• If above mentioned Hotels are not available same category Hotels will be provided, in case of non-availability of same alternate will be informed then.
• Once the package is confirmed we would be needing 48 to 72 hours of time the create the voucher for the client.
