United Kingdom Visa Facilitation

Required for all cases

• Valid passport + Old Passport if any (Min 06 Months Validity from the date of return from travel)
• The validity of Passport should be of 10 Years. If the passport`s validity is of 20 Yrs; then kindly reissue
  your passport on urgent basis
• 04 photographs (Please provide a recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself. The
  photographs should be in colour): –
  ⮚ Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against
  the background;
  ⮚ Clear and of good quality;
  ⮚ Printed on normal photographic paper;
  ⮚ Uncounted – 45 mm x 35 mm in size;
  ⮚ Full face (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears
  such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).

In case of businessman

• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement of firm
• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement of individual
• Last 3 years balance sheet firm
• Last 3 years balance sheet individual
• Proof of business (like memorandum of article, certificate of registration/ Partnership deed / Service Tax/Sales Tax)
• Property papers (If Any residential/commercial)
• Financial Documents e.g.:- FDR / NSC / Saving Certificates.
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of current account ( issued 07 days prior to submission date at VFS)
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving account
  02 Covering letter (Whose format is attached) in Company`s Letter Head to the relevant Embassy
• Pan card copy duly self – attested on photocopy

In case of Service Person 

•  Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement (Personal)
•  Salary Slips of last 04 – 06 Months
•  In case of Govt Employee NOC from Office & In case of Pvt Employee: NOC or Lave Application on
• Company letter Head or Stamp
• Property papers (If Any residential/commercial)
• Financial Documents e.g.:- FDR / NSC / Saving Certificates.
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving account
• Pan card copy

In case of Honeymoon Couple

• All above mentioned documents as per clients profile
• 8-10 engagement photographs and 4-5 wedding photographs along with 02 wedding cards each from
  both sides(bride & groom)

In case of Student

• In case of students of school and college NOC from principal / leave sanction , school /college i card
  copy , last year mark sheet, existing year’s date sheet, copy of dairy page with list of holidays ( summer
  vacation period specifically)

In case of Retired Person

• In case of retired persons – retirement proof
• PPF / PF Account
• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement (Personal)
• Financial Documents e.g.:- FDR / NSC / Saving Certificates / bonds / share certificates.
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving account
• Pan card copy

In case of A child is not travelling with parent

• Noc from both parents / guardians
• Parents Passport Copies
• Father & Mother Sponsorship Letter with their Signature
• Parents 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving Account

In case of anybody sponsoring the tour

• All above mentioned documents as per client’s profile of Sponsored Person
• Sponsorship Letter with their Signature

Important Note:-

• If Passenger is travelling to U.K & Europe we require 2 sets of photocopy of all above mentioned
  documents. If in case we receive only one set of document then we will charge Rs. 500/- for the
  photocopies of the documents
• Client must submit original ITR, Original Bank Passbook or Statement which must be stamped from bank
  or FDRS at THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION at the time of Finger Prints / Appointment in U.K VFS
  Center.
• After Booking; If Dewan Holidays Visa Staff is required to visit your place to collect documents /
  payments; an amount of Rs. 500/- Per Visit will be charged extra
• Although the list of documents given above include general documents required for visa, there is a
  possibility that the Embassy might require further proof for issue of visa which you will have to provide for
  their satisfaction.
• Note: – It is the responsibility of the Tour participant to hold valid travel documents such as
  passports and visas and to furnish all documents required by the company for application of the
  same. If the application for visa made by any Tour participant or by the company on behalf of the
  Tour Participant is rejected by the concerned embassy or authorities due to inadequate
  documents furnished by the applicant or due to any other reason whatsoever, the company shall
  not be liable or responsible for the same. All cost, charges in respect of the said application for
  the visa shall be borne by the Tour participant.
• For Schengen First Time Visa applicants will always have to appear in Person when lodging the
  application in order to provide their photograph.
• The photograph can be digitally taken at the time of the application or scanned from an existing one.
• For subsequent applications within 5 years the fingerprint can be copied from the previous application file
  in the VIS.
• Children less than 5 years need to attend, but are not required to provide their biometric data. Children
  under 16 years need to be accompanied by an adult and this cannot be a member of VFS Global staff.
• UK – Visa Application Excel to be filled up by the applicant for Tourist / Business / Family Visit Category
  Visas. The format of Excel Sheet is enclosed. Applicant is requested to provide us true and good
  information at their end, so as to facilitate us for the processing of their application.

UK visa processing time:-

General Visit (6 months or less): Most applications are processed within 15 days.

UK Priority visa
Applicants may take appointment under priority visa service. The UK Visas & Immigration will expedite the processing of your
visa application and return of your documents. Customers may request this service if they are applying for a visitor visa
(excluding student visas) and have travelled without difficulty in the last FIVE years to one of the following countries: UK, US,
Australia, New Zealand, Canada or a Schengen country.
Please note: If you have been refused a visa for any one of these countries or overstayed your visa to the UK or been removed
or otherwise been required to leave the UK, the processing of your application is likely to take longer than the processing
times set out in the website, and is unsuitable for the priority visa service. To utilize this service please be aware that you will
be required to pay £100 (local currency equivalent to latest consular rate of exchange) in addition to the standard visa fee
What does it cost?
The priority visa service is optional and costs £ 120 (INR 12600 as per the local currency equivalent to latest consular rate of
exchange) in addition to the standard visa fee.
